Just another kind of clock

However, it is something far more simple than that: a clock which works like this: the largest triangle shows the hours, the medium one shows minutes, and a quick-moving small triangle for the second hand. There is no summary introduction to the way you have to set it- if this includes moving the traingles and which one out of the three or maybe there is just another mechanism.
